| 目的 评价电子束CT在主动脉夹层样搏动伪影上的诊断价值。方法 118例病人于同时或1个月内分别进行了胸部螺旋CT和电子束CT扫描;其中男87例,女31例;年龄在22~92岁之间,平均年龄为56.5岁。所有病例均在临床和影像上排除了主动脉瘤、夹层动脉瘤。分别统计主动脉搏动伪影检出率及其形态、大小、密度、部位和主动脉搏动伪影在轴位CT图像上累及的层面数并加以对比分析。结果 主动脉搏动伪影在螺旋CT图像上检出42/118例,检出率为35.5%;而在电子束CT图像上仅检出6/118例,检出率只有5.0%,二者具有显著差异(χ2=32.24,P＜0.005)。主动脉搏动伪影的大小在前者为3.0~11.0mm(平均为4.8±2.0mm),而在后者为2.0~5.0mm(平均为2.8±0.7mm),两者差数显著性近似检验具有显著差异;在轴位螺旋CT图像上累及的层面数为1~6层(平均为3.44±1.42层),而在电子束CT图像上累及的层面数仅为1~2层(平均为1.35±0.33层),二者差数显著性近似检验具有显著差异。结论 电子束CT在主动脉夹层样搏动伪影的诊断上具有重要价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of the EBCT in diagnosis of motion artifact simulating aortic dissection. Methods One hundred and eighteen thoracic spiral CT and EBCT examinations were contrastly analyzed. The analysis sought to determine the presence,location,amplitude and extent of artifacts of the ascending aorta. Results Aortic artifacts were detented on spiral CT in 35.5% (42) of cases and on EBCT only in 5.0% (6) of cases (χ2=32.24,P＜0.005). The amplitude were 3.0-11.0mm(mean 4.8±2.0mm) on spiral CT and 2.0-5.0mm (mean 2.8±0.7mm) on EBCT. The extent were 1-6 layers(mean 3.44±1.42 layers) on spiral CT and 1-2 layers(mean 1.35±0.33 layers) on EBCT. Conclusion There are important values in diagnosis of motion artifact simulating aortic dissection on EBCT. |
