| 目的 探讨乳腺动态增强MRI的综合诊断价值。方法 随机选择82例疑有乳腺肿瘤的患者进行前瞻性动态增强MRI研究。女81例,男1例。分别从病灶形态学、强化模式及时间-信号强度曲线等方面进行诊断,评估动态增强MRI的综合价值。结果 82例中恶性肿瘤56例,良性病变26例。根据上述三个方面及三者综合诊断的敏感性和特异性分别为82.9%和76.9%、70.7%和65.4%、87.8%和80.8%及92.7%和92.3%。结论 动态增强MRI对诊断乳腺病变具有重要的价值。 |

| Purpose To investigate the comprehensive value of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in diagnosing breast lesions. Methods Eighty-two patients (81 women,1 man) suspicious of breast tumors were recruited into this study to undergo dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI prospectively. MRI diagnosis of these lesions were based on the morphology,enhancement mode,time-signal intensity curve and the combination of the above. Results The study population consisted of 82 cases with 56 malignant tumors and 26 benign lesions. The sensitivity and specificity for detection and characterization of breast lesions based on the morphology,enhanced mode,time-signal intensity curve and the combination of three parameters were 82.9% and 76.9%,70.7% and 65.4%,87.8% and 80.8%,and 92.7% and 92.3% respectively. Conclusion The dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI could be of great value in diagnosing breast lesions. |
