| 目的 报告一种新的大鼠肝癌模型制作方法。方法 将经过离心浓缩的癌性腹水直接注入大鼠肝脏。结果 7天后行CT检查,所有实验鼠肝脏上均可见单发的肿瘤灶影。结论 直接注射法制作大鼠肝癌模型简便、易行,值得推广应用。 |

| Objective To report a new method about making rat liver tumor model. Methods Cancerous ascite was injected into rat liver directly after concentrated by centrifugal effect. Results CT imaging showed that single tumor was seen in the liver of all these rats seven days later. Conclusion Immediate injection method is very simple, so it should be reported and used widely. |
