| 目的 了解晚期妊娠合并羊水过少胎儿肾动脉血流的特点及其预测胎儿宫内缺氧的价值。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声分别检测15例妊娠晚期合并羊水过少和32例正常晚期妊娠胎儿的肾动脉搏动指数。结果 与正常组比较,妊娠晚期合并羊水过少的胎儿肾动脉搏动指数明显升高。结论 胎儿肾动脉异常的搏动指数与羊水过少两者合并情况下,可预测胎儿的宫内缺氧。 |

| Objective To determine the blood flow characteristics of fetal renal artery in term pregnancies complicated by oligohydramnios, and evaluate the diagnostic value in fetal hypoxia. Methods Fifteen fetus with oligohydramnios and 32 fetus of normal term pregnancies were examined. The pulsatile index (PI) of renal artery in all fetus were analysed. Results The PI of fetal renal artery with oligohydramnios were significantly higher than the normal. Conclusion Abnormal fetal renal artery PIs were associated with oligohydramnios. Combining abnormal PI with oligohydramnios could predict fetal hypoxia. |
