| 目的 探讨螺旋CT(SCT)门静脉造影(SCTP)技术及临床应用价值。方法 130例疑肝脏疾病者进行了SCTP检查,其中表现正常者20例作为对照,肝硬化并门静脉高压80例(32例并肝癌),肝细胞性肝癌42例,其他20例,快速团注对比剂的同时行SCT容积扫描,利用计算机后处理功能得到门静脉立体图像。结果 ①SCTP图像好坏与扫描延迟时间合理选择和扫描参数设计密切相关;②能清楚地显示1~5级门静脉血管结构;③精确定位肝内病灶;④可检测门静脉高压侧支循环的范围和估计严重程度,以及显示多种疾病。结论 SCTP是门静脉无创性检查的可靠方法,具有一定的临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the technique and clinical value of SCTP.Methods One hundred and thirty cases who were suspected of hepatic diseases underwent SCTP, 20 cases were normal, 80 cases had liver cirrhosis and portal vein hypertension (32 cases of them had liver cancer), 42 cases had hepatocelluar carcinoma, 20 cases had other disease. After bolus injection of contrast agent in high speed,SCT volume scaning underwent at once. The portal vain 3D images were obtained with the computed functions.Results ① The images quality was correlated to the scanning delay time and scnning parameter designed. ② 1-5 grade structure of portal vein could be delineated clearly. ③ The hepatic diseases were very precise ④ It could inspect the range of about collateral circulation and estimate the pathological changes in the cases with portal hypertension and so on. Conclusion SCTP is a reliable and noninvasive method for the evaluation of portal vein and it is of great value for clinical application. |
