| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声对脑梗塞患者颅外段椎动脉血流的检查价值。方法 用超声方法观察了50例脑梗塞患者有椎-基底动脉供血不足症状的椎动脉形态、结构及血流动力学。结果 50例(91条血管)显示椎动脉不同程度的存在管壁增厚,内径狭窄,流速减低,血流量减少,阻力指数增大,其中血流量的减低经统计学处理有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒超声对有椎-基底动脉供血不足的脑梗塞患者的诊断提供了血流动力学的改变及形态学的依据。 |

| Objective To study the values of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDU) for the extracranial vertebral artery flow in cerebral infarction patients. Methods Fifty cerebral infarction patients' both sides of extracranial vertebral artery were measured by CDU instrument. Results The vertebral arteries (91 vessels) of the patients appeared to have thickened vessel vall, decreased vessel diameters and low flow velocities as well as high resistance index. Vertebral artery flow volume of cerebral infarction group was significant difference with control group(P<0.05). Conclusion CDU play an important role in the assessment of vertebral artery flow volume and vertebrobasilar ischemic during cerebral infarction. |
