目的 探讨磁共振增强肺动脉造影诊断肺动脉疾病的方法并评价其诊断价值。方法 32 例肺动脉疾病患者进行了回顾性分析。应用SIEMENS公司生产的SONATA 1.5T MR成像系统(梯度场40mT/M 切换率200ms),采用3D小角度激发快速梯度回波序列(TR 2.2ms,TE 0.76ms,翻转角25°),扫描时间13~18s。结果 磁共振增强肺动脉造影检出肺动脉栓塞29例,肺动静脉瘘2例,先天性肺动脉发育异常1例。均经临床或病理及手术证实。结论 磁共振增强肺动脉造影无创、安全、有效,可以作为肺动脉疾病的主要诊断方法。 |

Objective To determine whether three-dimensional gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance pulmonary angiography (MRPA) could be used to identify pulmonary artery diseases and to assess its diagnostic value. Methods Thirty-two patients were examined by MR at 1.5T. Three dimensional fast low angle shot (3D FLASH with TR 2.2ms, TE 0.76ms, 25° flip angle) was used. Results Three-dimensional MR angiography revealed 29 patients with pulmonary embolism,2 patients with pulmonary arteriovenous fistulas and 1 patient with congenital pulmonary malposition. Conclusion Three-dimensional MR angiography can be a main technique in the diagnosis of pulmonary artery diseases. |
