| 目的 探讨B超检查在诊断隐睾症及其特点中的价值。方法 对48例本病患者行B超检查,并选行临床观察和分析。结果 48例患者都可发现隐睾,并可显示其部位及并发症。15例并发有其他先天异常,占病人总数的32%。根据手术所见及病理检查,B超的诊断符合率为86%。结论 B超检查判定隐睾及其特征,是一种简单、有效和实用的诊断方法。 |

| Objective To probe into the value of B-ultrasound in detecting cryptorchidy and its features. Methods Clinical observation and analysis were conducted in 48 cases who were examined by 5~7.5MHz probe of B-ultrasond. Results In 48 cases, cryptorchidisms were found, their locations and complicated anomalies were displayed. Fifteen cases complicated other anomalies, accounting for 32% of all. The diagnostic accuracy, confirmed by operation or pathologic findings, was 86%. Conclusion B-ultrasound examination is a simple, valuable and practical method in detecting cryptorchidy. |
