| 目的 探讨高血压与血管内皮功能的关系。方法 应用高频探头检测20例原发性高血压患者、20例有高血压家族史但血压正常人群和20例无高血压家族史的健康人在休息时、反应性充血后、舌下含服GTN后的肱动脉内径变化。结果 高血压患者和有高血压家族史者肱动脉血流介导性扩张百分比明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01)。 结论 原发性高血压患者和有高血压家族史者都存在血管内皮功能障碍,推测血管内皮舒张功能障碍可能是高血压形成机制中的一个早期因素。 |

| Objective To investigate the relationship between hypertension and endothelial vasodilatation function. Methods Ultrasonography was applied to measure the changes of brachial artery diameter during reactive hyperemia and after sublingual glyceryl trinitrate.Results Flow-mediated dilatation of brachial arteries was significantly reduced in not only EH, but also the hormotensive subjects with family history of EH.Conclusion Endothelium-dependent vasodilatation is impaired in not only patients with EH, but also the hormotensive subjects with family history of EH, which implicate a causative role of impaired endothelial function in the development of hypertension. |
