      目的 探讨MR DWI在近期脑梗死诊断中的价值。方法 收集61例接受MR DWI检查的脑梗死患者的资料,其发病时间4h~14天,83个独立病灶。比较DWI结合ADC图、T2WI上责任病灶的信号特点及其检出情况。结果 7天内脑梗死灶DWI SIR高于T2WI(P<0.05);8~14天没有显著差异。脑梗死灶rADC在7天之内为52.78%~78.21%;8~14天可能高于正常。结论 DWI结合ADC图在近期脑梗死诊断中应用价值极大。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of DWI in recent cerebral infarctions.Methods Eighty-three infarctions with duration of 4 hours to 14 days were studied in sixty-one patients. The total detection rate of clinical related infarctions on DWI combined with ADC map was compared with T2WI. Results The SIR of DWI was significantly higher than T2WI within 7 days (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between them after 8 days. The relative ADC (rADC) was from 52.78% to 78.21% within 7 days. It may be higher than normal value during 8 to 14 days. Conclusion The diagnostic value of DWI combined ADC map is significantly higher than conventional T2WI.
