| 目的 探讨外伤性玻璃体积血并视网膜脱离的彩色多普勒图像特点,以助于临床诊断。方法 对59眼玻璃体积血的彩色多普勒图像进行回顾性分析、研究。结果 积血的形态取决于出血的量、时间、后运动及回声的反射强度,视网膜脱离有彩色血流。结论 彩色多普勒有助于临床诊断玻璃体积血和视网膜脱离的鉴别诊断。 |

| Objective To discuss the image characteristics of color Doppler imaging of traumatic vitreous hemorrhage and retinal detachment. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 59 cases. Results The shape of hemorrhage was decided by when and how much the hemorrhage occured as well as by changes of the vitreous quality, the posterior movement was related to the brightness of image. There was color blood flow on the retinal detachment. Conclusion Color Doppler imaging is helpful for diagnosis of vitreous hemorrhage and for differentiation of retinal detachment. |
