| 目的 探讨冠脉内支架置入对前降支开口部病变的效果。方法 回顾分析57例前降支开口部病变置入支架的早期成功率、支架置入对回旋支开口的影响及随访结果。结果 57例前降支开口病变置入支架早期成功率100％,临床随访率100％,无急性期并发症,再狭窄率相对较高,前降支与回旋支夹角<90°者,部分患者支架置入后发生回旋支开口部狭窄,这部分患者随访期前降支开口部再狭窄发生较多。结论 前降支开口部病变的支架治疗早期成功率高,再狭窄率者相对较高,早期前降支与回旋支夹角<90°者,易发生回旋支开口部狭窄。 |

| Objective To assess the effect of stent implantation on treatment of ostial left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery stenosis. Methods The early procedural success rate, the influence of LAD stenting on left circumflex (LCX) and follow-up outcomes were investigated in fifty-seven patients underwent PTCA and stent implantation retrospectively.Results The procedural success rate and follow-up rate were 100％, and the acute complication did not occur.Restenosis rate remained to be relatively high. Stenosis of ostial LCX was easy to occur in procedure of LAD ostium stenting if the angle of LAD ostium and LCX ostium was less than 90°. The restenosis rate was high during follow-up. Conclusion The procedural success rate is high in LAD ostium stenting and restenosis was same. Stenosis of ostial LCX is easy to occur in patients whose angle of LAD ostium and LCX ostium is less than 90°. |
