| 目的 探讨经食管彩超选择中央型房间隔缺损(ASD)病例并引导Amplatzer封堵器关闭ASD的价值。方法 应用多平面经食管超声(MTEE)引导封堵器的位置,左房面伞的释放,观察关闭后效果。结果 本组10例患者经胸超声测量缺损大小为28~36mm,平均内径31mm,2例主动脉后壁无明显残端,封堵均取得成功,未出现残余分流等任何并发症。结论 食管彩超引导Amplatzer封堵器封堵中央型房间隔缺损是一种简便、准确、痛苦小、有广泛推广价值的治疗方法。 |

| Objective To probe the value of MTEE in the selection of ASD and guidance of Amplatzer occluder. Methods MTEE was used to make location of the occluder clear, to guide openning of the umbrella in left atrium and to observe Results of the closure. Results In 10 cases, the diameter of the septum measured by transthoracic echocardiography was 28-36mm, mean diameter was 31mm. In 2 cases, although the posterior wall had no stump, the treatments of occluding ASD were successful. Conclusion It is a simple,accurate,painless,easily recovering treatment of atrial septal defect by MTEE guidance of Amplatzer occluder device. |
