      目的 研究肝动脉的X线解剖形态与变异,旨在指导肝癌的介入治疗。方法 500例肝癌动脉栓塞前常规腹腔动脉造影,对疑有肝动脉变异的作肠系膜上动脉或腹主动脉造影,分析DSA图像。结果 肝动脉典型分布364例(72.8%),肝固有动脉走行与肝总动脉呈钝角62.4%,直角13.0%,锐角24.6%。肝动脉变异136例(27.2%),其中肝总动脉变异30例(占6.0%),无典型肝固有动脉32例(占6.4%),肝动脉异位至肠系膜上动脉56例(占53.9%),异位至胃左动脉29例(占27.9%)。结论 熟悉肝动脉的X线解剖形态与变异,才能确保肝癌动脉栓塞的准确性和彻底性。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the roentgen anatomic morphology and variants of hepatic arteries for directing interventional therapy of liver cancer. Methods Routine celiac arteriography before transarterial embolization was underwent in 500 patients with liver cancer. In these cases with suspected anatomic variants of hepatic arteries, superior mesenteric arteriography or abdominal aortography was undertaken. The imaging of digital substraction angiography (DSA) was analyzed.Results The distribution of hepatic arteries was showed as typical in 364 cases (72.8%). The angle between proper hepatic and common hepatic arteries was obtuse in 62.4%, right in 13.0%, and acute in 24.6%. The variants of hepatic arteries were in 136 cases (27.2%), in which, the variants of common hepatic artery were in 30 cases (6.0%), the variants of proper hepatic artery in 32 cases (6.4%), the hepatic arteries originated from superior mesenteric artery in 56 cases (53.9%), and from left gastric artery in 29 cases (27.9%). Conclusion It can ensure the accuracy and complement of transarterial embolization for liver cancer to study the roentgen anatomic morphology and variants of hepatic arteries.
