| 目的 比较正常成人胸部侧位片上胸骨后间隙和心脏后间隙的透光度,结合CT研究影响胸骨后间隙透光度的因素。方法 回顾分析1200例正常胸部侧位片,测定胸骨后间隙的透光度,并对其中138例结合CT扫描对照研究胸骨后间隙透光度与胸壁厚度和前纵隔脂肪体积等的关系。结果 53.58%的正常胸部侧位片上胸骨后间隙透光度小于心脏后间隙。65.21%的女性和45.19%的男性胸骨后间隙透光度小于心脏后间隙,性别差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 正常成人胸骨后间隙透光度可以低于心脏后间隙,女性胸骨后间隙透光度较低,胸骨后间隙透光度与胸壁厚度和前纵隔脂肪体积等有关。 |

| Objective To compare the lucency of the restrosternal space with that of the retrocardiac region on normal lateral chest film,and assisted by CT scans,to evaluate the influencing factors. Methods Lateral thoracic radiographs of the 1200 patients with normal studies were reviewed. The lucency of the retrosternal space was measured. CT scans of 138 patients from the above 1200 were studied, and the relationship between the retrosternal space lucency and chest wall thickness and the anterior mediastinum fat volume was tested. Results In 53.58% of the 1200 patients, the retrosternal space was less lucent than retrocardiac region (65.21% of women and 45.1% of men).The difference of retrosternal space lucency between sexes was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion That the retrosternal space is more opaque than retrocardiac region on lateral chest films is a quite normal finding, especially in women. Chest wall thickness and anterior mediastinum fat volume were responsible for the lucency of the retrosternal space. |
