| 目的 本文分析183例糖尿病患者周围动脉硬化斑块的超声影像特征。方法 应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪(2D-CDUS)检查糖尿病患者周围动脉,研究动脉硬化斑块声像特征、病理变化和与临床症状间的关系。结果 88%患者周围动脉被检出斑块, 按形态可分成四种类型, 形态特征与患者年龄、动脉损伤程度及生长部位有关。结论 超声检查对客观评估糖尿病患者周围血管硬化损伤有重要价值。 |

| Purpose To research the arteries plaque imaging features in 183 diabetes mellitus. Methods All patients were examined the peripheral artery by using color-Doppler ultrasonography, investigating the arteries plaque imaging, pathological changes and their relations with the clinic symptoms. Results The plaques were found in 88% of diabetes mellitus, which according to the configurationare were divided into four types. The plaques feature had relation with the scathing degree of the artery lesion, age and position. Conclusion Detecting artery arteriosclerosis by CDUS ultrasound has great values in analysis of arteries plague in diabetes mellitus. |
