| 目的 探讨积水型重复肾、重复输尿管畸形的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析手术证实的23例重复肾临床、静脉尿路造影(IVU)资料及CT表现特点。结果 23例重复肾21例位于上肾段,位于下极及内侧部各1例。依重复肾积水相对重复输尿管积水扩张程度不同可分两种CT表现类型即积水型和巨输尿管型。主要CT表现:巨输尿管型之重复输尿管常呈肠管状扩张而相连的重复肾萎缩甚小;积水型呈重复肾不同程度囊状扩张,重复输尿管小囊影与圆点状显影的下肾段引流输尿管致密影相贴呈"印戒征"。伴发输尿管囊肿8例,输尿管异位开口11例。结论 积水型重复肾、重复输尿管畸形的CT表现典型,可不依赖重复肾功能做出诊断,CT是诊断此病的合适影像学方法。 |

| Objective To describe the characteristic CT appearances of the obstructed duplex kidney and ureter. Methods Corelated with pathology, the CT findings of 23 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results Most of the duplicate kidney were located at the upper renal segment (91%). Main CT findings included:①The upper renal segment hydronephrosis.②Dilated, duplex ureter courses(lower dencity)near to the nondilated lower-pole ureter(dotted-like high density ) formed"signetring sign". ③Abdominal mass consisted of sausage-shaped, fluid-filled loops,mimic multiseptated cystic abdominal masses or mimic enteric duplication cyst. However the proximal portions of some the tubular mass were narrow, with a dysplasia upper renal segment. According to the CT appearance, obstructed duplex kidney and ureter could be classified into developed type, the hydronephrosis type and the congental giant megauneter type. Conclusion The CT findings of the obstructed duplex kidney and ureter were particularly striking. Independent of renal funtion,CT allowed clinic to assessment the presence of a duplex system, and determination of whether the ectopic ureter was intravesical or extra-vesical.CT is the imaging method of choice in diagnosis of the disorder. |
