| 目的 总结卵巢转移瘤超声表现。方法 显示肿瘤部位、大小、内部回声,观察肿物内血流、频谱。结果 53例卵巢转移瘤均经手术病理证实,消化道肿瘤41例,肺癌6例,乳腺浸润性导管癌6例。双侧卵巢转移25例。卵巢转移瘤声像图表现大部分与原发卵巢癌相似。本组有5例,在实性内见有1~2个无回声暗区,边光、内无分隔。此种表现是转移瘤的一个特点。彩色多普勒显示肿瘤内血流多在中心呈放射状向周边伸延,RI在0.3~0.5之间。结论 无肿瘤病史时,发现双侧卵巢肿瘤尤其内有光滑无回声时应想到转移瘤的可能。 |

| Objective The ultrasonographic appearances of ovarian metastatic carcinomas were retrospectively reviewed. Methods Ultrasound was used to show the location, size and the inner echo of the tumors. Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) was adopted to demonstrate the blood flow and the frequency spectrum in the tumors. Results All fifty-three lesions were confirmed by operation and pathology, of them, 41 lesions came from the digestive tract carcinoma, 6 from pulmonary carcinoma and 6 from the ductal infiltrative carcinoma of the breast. Bilateral ovarian metastases were found in 23 cases. The ultrasonographic findings of most ovarian metastases were similar to those of the primary ovarian cancers. In 5 cases, smoothly fringed solid masses with one or two cysts were found in bilateral ovaries. CDFI illustrated that the blood flow projected from the center to the periphery of the lesion, with RI between 0.3 to 0.5. Conclusion Ovarian metastasis should be included in the differentiated diagnosis of ovarian masses, it was characterized by well defined masses with smooth hypoecho findings in bilateral ovaries. |
