| 目的 通过对本组胃肠道肿瘤患者应用多层螺旋CT进行前瞻性研究,旨在提高螺旋CT在胃肠道疾病诊治中的价值。方法 通过对36例胃肠道肿瘤病人的MSCT轴位图像和重建的4-D、MIP及仿真内镜图像进行观察分析,分别对各病例进行诊断及术前评估并与其相应的胃肠钡餐及胃镜、纤维结肠镜结果进行对比。结果 所有病人的诊断符合率为100%,其仿真内镜结果与胃镜及纤维结肠镜结果基本吻合。结论 多层螺旋CT在胃肠道疾病的诊治中,具有独特的优越性。 |

| Objective The purpose of this study was to improve the importance of multi-slice CT in the diagnosis and treatment of alimentary tract. Methods Thirty-six patients with histologically and endoscopically proven tumours of alimentary tract underwent multi-slice CT scans in prone position,with drug-induced hypotonia and air filling alimentary tract.Two radiologists analyzed all imagings of the 36 patients,including all axial and reconstruction imagings and diagnosed. Results MSCT correctly detected all tumours. Conclusion MSCT is recommended for the diagnosis and treatment of alimentary tract. |
