| 目的 评价SCT结肠低张水灌注对结肠癌术前的诊断价值。方法 对49例结肠癌患者进行肌注低张药且结肠灌注微温生理盐水后作SCT扫描,并与术后病理对照分析。结果 SCT低张水灌注结肠癌的病灶均可被发现。对结肠癌术前分期、黏膜下、浆膜外病变的诊断有独特的价值。能较准确估计与周围器官的关系及有无远处转移。术前诊断准确率为100%,分期正确率为89.8%。结论 SCT结肠低张水灌注对于结肠癌术前诊断、肿瘤分期、选择最佳治疗方案及判断预后具有重要意义。 |

| Objective To study the preoperative diagnostic value of SCT hypotonic perfusion of colon in carcinoma of colon. Methods After 49 patients with carcinoma of colon were given intramuscular injection of hypotonic medicine with the colon being perfused with warm normal saline, they received SCT scanning. An analysis was then done in comparison with the post-operative pathology. Results Through SCT hypotonic perfusion, the focus of colonic carcinoma could be found. SCT hypotonic perfusion had a particular diagnostic value for pre-operative staging of colonic carcinoma and for diagnosis of pathology in the submucosa and serous membrane as it could more exactly estimate the relation of the pathological parts with other organs and the possible dislocation. The preoperatively diagnostic veracity was 100% and staging veracity 89.8%. Conclusion SCT hypotonic perfusion is important for pre-operative diagnosis, staging, choice of best treatment and prognosis of colonic carcinoma. |
