| 目的 探讨肾损伤CT检查征象、分期依据及临床价值。方法 收集26例肾损伤患者,采用螺旋CT平扫加增强扫描,根据征象进行分期。结果 单侧肾损伤25例,双侧1例。CT表现肾肿大(12例),肾挫裂伤(21例),肾碎裂(3例),肾内血肿或出血(24例),肾被膜下出血(25例),肾周间隙及肾前后间隙出血(12例),多组织及脏器损伤(4例)。CT分期为:Ⅰ期12例,Ⅱ期6例,Ⅲ期3例,Ⅳ期5例。结论 CT平扫加增强扫描是肾损伤首选检查方法,正确的分期对临床治疗方法的选择有重要指导作用。 |

| Objective To evaluate CT findings and stage of renal trauma. Methods Twenty-six cases with renal trauma were examinated by plain and contrast-enhanced CT scans, and they were staged according to the CT features. Results The 25 cases of renal trauma were involved in the singel kidney and only one in both kidneys. CT showed kidney enlargement in 12 cases, laceration or tear of kidney in 21 cases, shatter kidney in 3 cases, intra-renal hematoma in 25 cases, perinephric hemorrhage in 25 cases, in addition, combined multi-organs injuries were showed in 4 cases. Based on the grading scale of renal trauma, of the 12 cases were grade Ⅰ,6 cases grade Ⅱ, 3 cases grade Ⅲ, 5 cases grade Ⅳ, none of the injuries grade Ⅴ. Conclusion CT is highly accurate in both the diagnoses and stage of the renal injuries, CT can provides informations in guiding either surgical management or conservative therapy for renal trauma lesions. |
