| 目的 为长寿老人心脏大血管的测量积累资料。方法 搜集生活可自理的90~102岁长寿老人站立后前位胸片58例,采用国人报道的测量方法,分别对主动脉、肺动脉及心脏一些径线共计11项指标进行X线测量研究。结果 长寿老人心脏呈主动脉型,代表心脏大血管改变的各项观测指标除了主动脉结宽径测量值男性与女性基本相同外,其他各径线测量值男性均较女性为大(P＜0.05)。结论 长寿老人心脏大血管一些径线在性别方面存有一定的差异;各项观测指标均大于其他各年龄组。 |

| Objective To accumulate measuring data of heart and big vascular of longevity senior citizen. Methods X-ray chest films in 58 cases self-supporting longevity senior citizen aged 90 to 102 were collected. Chinese's Methods of measuring aorta, pulmonary artery and heart diamerter were used, and 11 indexes were measured. Results The type of aorta was represented by heart of longevity senior citizen. The indexes representing the changes of heart of longevity senior citizen showed that males were all bigger than females except transversal diameter of aortic arch(P＜0.05). Conclusion There were clear differences in some diameters between males and females. Before-mentioned indexes all are big than other ages groups. |
