| 目的 评价彩色多普勒超声心动图(CDE)对三房心的诊断价值。方法 应用CDE检查了5例三房心患者,并与手术结果对照。结果 完全三房心3例,部分三房心1例,右心三房心1例。其中2例分别伴有房间隔缺损和部分肺静脉异位引流。术前超声提示三房心4例,漏诊1例,心内其他异常均诊断正确。结论 依据2DE显示心房内异常隔膜,CDFI检测到房水平分流或副房与真房间有射流,即可确诊为三房心,因此,CDE是诊断三房心的首选方法。 |

| Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of color doppler echocardiography in cor triatrium. MethodsFive cor triatrium patients were examined with CDE, the results were compared with the surgical findings. ResultsThree cases absolute cor triatrium, one case partial cor triatrium and one case cor triatrium of right heart. Two patients accompanied with ASD and PAPVC among the five patients. Four cor triatrium were preoperatively discovered by echocardiography, while one was missed. The diagnoses of all the other cardiac abnormalities were correct. ConclusionThe diagnostic key of cor triatrium was to find a membrane in atrium on 2 DE and a shunt at the level of atrium or a jet between real atrium and subatrium demonstrated on CDFI. Therefore, CDE is the first method in the diagnosis. |
