      目的 分析再生结节(RN)、发育不良结节(DN)和小肝细胞癌(sHCC)的US、CT、MRI等影像学表现,提高对肝硬化结节性病变的诊断水平。方法 对US、CT、MRI肝内小结节的显示和可检出性进行χ2检验,小结节的直径比较用t检验。结果 US能显示肝硬化实质内的某些结节灶,但结节的回声特性不能准确地指示其性质;双期增强CT扫描和 MRI可区分非癌与癌性小病灶。结论 US对肝硬化实质内小结节的检出性高,双期增强CT扫描和 MRI对RN、DN和sHCC的区分较US敏感。

      Purpose To Analyze the image presentation of US, CT and MRI in regenerating node (RN), developmental defect node (DN) and small hepatocelluar carcinoma (sHCC), and to enhance the diagnostic level. Methods χ2 test was used to check the diagnose rates of the intro-hepatic node; And t test was used to compare the node diameters. Results US could show out some nodes intro-cirrhosis-parenchyma but could not point out the quality. Double times enhancement CT scan and MRI were sensitively to distinguish non-cancer or cancer small focus. Conclusion US had a high diagnosis rate to detect small intro-hepatic node, while double times enhancement CT scan and MRI were sensitive to the diagnosis of the sHCC, RN, and DN.
