| 目的 探讨AIDS合并肺结核的X线及CT表现。方法 对已确证的10例AIDS病人合并肺结核的X线及CT表现进行分析。结果 AIDS患者合并肺结核表现为纵隔淋巴结肿大、不典型浸润、两肺粟粒结节。结论 AIDS病人出现纵隔淋巴结肿大,不典型浸润,两肺粟粒结节应考虑合并肺结核的可能性。 |

| Objective To study X-ray and CT findings of pulmonary tuberculosis in AIDS. Methods Ten patients with AIDS who have chest abnormalities were analyzed. Results Pulmonary tuberculosis appeared diffuse, infiltrative and interstitial nodes. Conclusion If the AIDS appeared lymphadenectasis, diffuse infiltrative and interstitial nodes, pulmonary tuberculosis should be considered. |
