| 目的 评价空气灌肠整复术对小儿肠套叠诊治的疗效。方法 应用GB-201型自动摇控灌肠器对583例肠套叠患儿进行肠套整复术。结果 整复成功554例,整复失败29例,均经手术治疗,对失败原因对比分析。结论 空气灌肠是诊治小儿肠套叠可靠的方法,具有疗程短、创伤小、成功率高等多方面的优势。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of air enema reduction of intussusception in children. Methods Five hundred and eighty-five cases of children intussusception were treated with CB-201 air enema telecontrol, and the reasons of failure were analyzed. Results Successful cases of air enema reduction were 554 and unsuccessful cases were 29 in 583 intussusception children. Conclusion The result suggests that air enema is a good treatment for children intussusception, and the treatment has shorter course of therapy, lower wound, and a higher successful rate. |
