| 目的 探讨脉冲多普勒组织成像(PW-DTI)技术几个量化指标评价冠心病患者左室局部收缩功能的临床价值。方法 应用该技术对32例正常人和34例冠心病患者左室局部收缩功能进行测量，测量指标：s波峰值速度(s)、持续时间(s-D)及时间速度积分(s-TVI)。结果 正常组s、s-TVI从基底段到心尖段逐渐降低(P<0.05)；冠心病组病变节段s、s-TVI低于正常组的相应节段(P<0.05)，而s-D差异不显著。结论 s, s-TVI是反映冠心病患者局部收缩功能的较好指标，s-D不能作为其评价指标。 |

| ObJective To study the clinical value of a few quantitative indexes of pusled-wave Dopple tissue imaging (PW-DTI) technology to assess left ventricular regional systolic function in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods Regional systolic function of 32 control subJects and 34 CAD subJects were measured by PW-DTI. Peak velocity of s wave (s), duration of s wave (s-D) and time velocity integrate of s wave (s-TVI) were used as measurement parameters of regional systolic function. Results s and s-TVI were gradually decreased from base to apex in the same wall in control group (P<0.05). s and s-TVI of diseased segments in CAD group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05), but s-D was of no significant difference between CAD group and control group. Conclusion s and s-TVI are better parameters of assessing regional systolic function in CAD subJects, but s-D can't be used as a parameter of assessing regional systolic function. |
