| 目的 观察双侧髂内动脉插管化疗药物灌注及栓塞治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法 对28例妇科恶性肿瘤进行双侧髂内动脉插管灌注化疗药物并进行栓塞。结果 28例患者共81次介入治疗,最少1次,最多6次。CR 2例,PR 11例,MR 9例,SD 1例,PD 3例,无法评价疗效2例。有效率(CR+PR)为50.0%(13/26)。半年存活23例,占88.5%;1年存活19例,占73.1%;2年存活8例,占30.8%。结论 髂内动脉插管化疗药物灌注及栓塞术对妇科中晚期恶性肿瘤可限制其发展,减轻痛苦,延长生命,提高生存质量,为一种有效的姑息疗法。 |

| Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of two sides internal iliac perfusion and embolism of chemotherapeutic drugs in patients with gynecologic malignant tumor. Methods To operate the two sides internal iliac perfusion and embolism of chemotherapeutic drugs on the 28 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor. Results We operated 81 times interventional therapy on the 28 patients with gynecologic malignant tumor. Among the total,some patients accepted only once interventional therapy,some patients accepted interventional therapy up to six times. CR: 2 cases, PR:11 cases, MR: 9 cases, SD: 1 case, PD:3 cases, the therapeutic effect in two patients couldn't be evaluated. The total effective rate (CR+PR) is 50.0%. The half year survival rate was 88.5%(23 cases), the one year survival rate was 73.1%(19 cases). The two year survival rate was 30.8%(8 cases). Conclusion Internal iliac perfusion and embolism of chemotherapeutic drugs can slow down the development of the advanced gynecologic malignant tumor, relieve patient's painful, extend the life and improve the quality of living. It is an effectively palliative treatment. |
