目的 研究人脑不同弥散梯度方向弥散加权像(DWI)上豆状核及放射冠的表现特征。方法 利用不同弥散梯度方向对50例正常人脑施加平面回波弥散加权成像检查, 测量豆状核及放射冠的信号强度及其表观弥散系数(ADC值)。结果 豆状核的ADC值及信号强度在不同弥散梯度方向上差异无显著性, 而放射冠的ADC值及信号强度在不同弥散梯度方向上有明显差异。结论 豆状核信号强度及其ADC值不受弥散梯度方向影响; 而放射冠的信号强度及ADC值则受其影响,定量地研究放射冠的弥散应该描述弥散梯度方向。 |

Purpose To study the characteristics on diffusion-weighted-imaging (DWI) with different diffusion gradient directions in lentiform nucleus and in corona radiata. Methods DW-EPI with different diffusion gradient directions was performed in 50 healthy volunteers. The signal intensity and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) were measured in lentiform nucleus and in corona radiata from multidirection echo-planar diffusion-weighted images. Results No statiscally significant differences in ADC and in signal intensity in different diffusion gradient directions were found in lentiform nucleus. However, significant differences in ADC and in signal intensity in different diffusion gradient directions were found in corona radiata respectively. Conclusion ADC and signal intensity in lentiform nucleus were not affected by diffusion gradient directions. ADC and signal intensity in corona radiata were determined by diffusion gradient directions. Quantitative characterization of water diffusion in corona radiata should include diffusion gradient direction information. |
