| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像对囊性肾癌的诊断价值。方法 对24例经手术和病理证实的囊性肾癌病人行彩超检查。结果 24例囊性肾癌分别为囊肿型12例,分隔型8例,结节型4例。22例病灶实质部分或分隔上发现彩色血流,动脉血流峰值流速小于0.40m/s者15例,阻力指数范围0.40~0.90。结论 彩超对显示病灶血流情况和提高诊断水平具有重要价值。 |

| Purpose To study the value of diagnosing cystic renal cell carcinoma by color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Methods Twenty four cases of cystic renal carcinoma were examined by CDFI and confirmed by operation and pathology. Results Twenty four cases of cystic renal carcinoma were divided into cystic pattern (12), septum pattern (8), nodular pattern(4). Color flow was showed in solid components or on septums in 22 cases and the peak systolic velocity was less than 0.40m/s in 15 patients. Resistance index (RI) ranged from 0.40 to 0.90 in all patients. Conclusion CDFI can play an important role to display intratumoral color flow and increase the diagnostic ability. |
