| 目的 评价以胃底为声窗经腹彩超在诊断食管静脉曲张中的价值。方法 运用经腹彩超,分别以胃底和左肝为声窗,对48例食管静脉曲张的患者食管下段进行了检查,并对两种方法进行了比较。结果 ①以胃底为声窗,食管下段的显示率(95.8%)要高于以左肝为声窗的显示率(72.9%)(P<0.005),食管下段内血流信号显示率(93.8%)亦要明显高于以左肝为声窗的显示率(12.5%)(P<0.005)。②在图像清晰的情况下,以胃底为声窗进行检查,食管下段二维图像质量要好于以左肝为声窗扫查所获得的图像,彩色血流信号要明显多于以左肝为声窗进行扫查获得的图像。结论 经腹彩超以胃底为声窗可较好地显示食管下段及其内的血流信号,为诊断食管静脉曲张提供了好方法,具有很高的应用价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of transabdominal CDFI with fundus of stomach as acoustic window in the diagnosis of esophageal varices. Methods Fouty-eight variceal patients were examed by transabdominal CDFI with fundus of stomach as acoustic window and with left liver as acoustic window. Results ①Transabdominal CDFI with left liver as acoustic window detecting intraabdominal esophagus and flow signal demonstration rate were 72.9%, 12.5%, respectively. Transabdominal CDFI with fundus of stomach as acoustic window detecting intraabdominal esophagus and flow signal demonstration rate were 95.8%, 93.8% respectively. ②As the image was clear, intraabdominal esophagus image with fundus of stomach as acoustic window were more clear than with left liver as acoustic window. The number of flow signal with of stomach as acoustic window were more than that with left liver as acoustic window. Conclusion Transabdominal CDFI with fundus of stomach as acoustic window can demonstrate intraabdominal esophagus and its flow signal is very good. It is good method to show esophageal varices and has very high application value. |
