| 目的 阐述胃部病变在SCT上的表现,探讨SCT在胃部病变诊断中的作用。方法 回顾分析有明确病理与临床诊断的67例胃部疾病患者的腹部CT平扫与SCT增强扫描时的表现,根据胃部病变增强扫描前后的CT值来评价各种疾病的CT增强情况。结果 胃部病变表现为局限(55例)、广泛(7例)胃壁增厚或肿块形成(5例)。在SCT增强早期,大多数胃癌、间质瘤、活动性溃疡、反应性水肿、静脉曲张均出现不同程度的强化,胃溃疡瘢痕,非霍奇金淋巴瘤、嗜酸性细胞浸润无明显强化。结论 增厚的胃壁是否僵硬,有无肿块形成及SCT增强扫描的早期强化情况对胃部病变的诊断与鉴别诊断有意义。 |

| Objective To investigate the features of gastric diseases at SCT and to evaluate the role of SCT in the diagnosis of gastric diseases. Methods Sixty seven patients with gastric diseases were verifed by pathology and fibro-gastroscopy or clinic following-up were given abdominal plain CT and contrasted SCT scans.CT findings were reviewed.The enhanced degree of gastric diseases were analysed according to the CT value of pro-contrasted and post-contrasted CT. Results The CT manifestation of gastric diseases included local (55 cases), extensive (7 cases) thickening of gastric wall or mass formation (5 cases).In early phase of contrasted SCT scan,different degree enhancement were shown in most gastric cancer,stromal tumor, active ulcer, reactive edema and gastric varices. No obvious enhancment was observed in ulcer scar,NHL and gastric submucosal eosinophile infiltration. Conclusion Some CT apperance such as thickening gastric walls with or without stiffening,or mass formation and their enhanced patterns in early of contrasted SCT play a significant role in diagnosing and differentiating gastric diseases. |
