| 目的 探讨乳腺导管造影术在溢液性乳腺病的诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析经临床与手术病理证实的165例溢液性患者的乳腺导管造影片的X线表现。结果 乳腺导管造影表现的分类,导管正常者12例,占7.27%;单纯性导管扩张者89例,占53.94%;导管扩张伴炎症者11例,占6.67%;导管扩张伴囊肿形成者2例,1.21%;导管扩张伴乳腺增生10例,占6.06%;导管内乳头状瘤34例,占20.61%;导管癌7例,占4.24%。结论 乳腺导管造影术对溢液性乳腺病的诊断与鉴别有很大的价值,为临床提供可靠的诊断治疗依据。 |

| Objective To evaluate the value of the galactography in the diagnosis of breast disease with nipple discharge. Methods The galactography findings of 165 cases of breast disease with nipple discharge proved by clinic and pathology were analysed retrectively. Results Breast ductal normal were 12 cases (7.27%), breast ductal ectasia were 89 cases (53.94%), breast ductal ectasia with chronic mastitis were 11 cases (6.67%), breast ductal ectasia with cyst were 2 cases (1.21%), breast ductal ectasia with hyperplasia were 10 cases (6.06%), intraductral papilloma were 34 cases (20.61%), ductral carcinoma were 7 cases (4.24%). Conclusion Breast galactography is helpful for diagnosis and differentiation of the breast disease with nipple discharge,so it has significance in evaluting the breast disease with nipple discharge. |
