| 目的 观察2型糖尿病(2DM)病人,及2DM伴高血压病人脑血流的灌注特点。方法 用 99mTc-ECD对71例临床诊断为2型糖尿病的患者进行脑SPECT显像。同时观察糖尿病大鼠脑血流的变化,并用APP17肽加以干涉。结果 2型糖尿病患者的大脑颞叶、额叶皮层出现不同程度的放射性稀疏区及缺损区,糖尿病伴高血压患者更为明显。糖尿病大鼠颞叶、顶叶血流灌注减少,而用APP17肽干涉的糖尿病大鼠脑血流灌注有所改善。结论 在老年2DM病人中,尽管尚未出现脑出血及脑血栓等脑血管疾病,但已有脑血流灌注减少,脑SPECT的检查对糖尿病和高血压的防治起到了敲响警钟的作用。动物实验结果提示APP17肽对糖尿病大鼠脑血流灌注有防护作用。 |

| Purpose To investigate clinical characteristics and cerebral blood perfusion in patients with 2DM and 2DM accompanied with hypertension. Methods 99m Tc-ECD was injected into 71 patients diagnosed as 2DM, and SPECT imaging of the cerebral cortex was done. Cerebral blood perfusion in diabetic rats was also investigated. Some of the rats were injected with APP 17 peptide. Results In 2DM patients radioactivity was decreased in the temporal and frontal lobes of the cerebral cortex. This change was remarkable in 2DM accompanied with hypertension. Blood perfusion was decreased in the temporal and frontal lobes of diabetic rats. But cerebral blood perfusion was improved in diabetic rats treated with APP 17 peptide. Conclusion Our investigation demonstrates that although some older 2DM patients did not suffer from brain vascular accidents, all of them had decreased cerebral blood perfusion, therefore cerebral SPECT examination was important for diabetics with hypertension. Our experiment showed that APP 17 peptide could improve cerebral blood perfusion in diabetic rats. |
