| 目的 评价B型超声对腘窝囊肿(PFC)的诊断价值及分型诊断的临床意义。方法 回顾性分析19例22个PFC声像图资料,并与手术结果进行对照分析。 结果 根据超声显像囊肿与深部膝关节腔的关系,将本组分作两型:Ⅰ型——单纯滑囊囊肿型 12 个,囊肿独立存在于腘窝软组织间,与关节腔无关联;Ⅱ型——膝关节后疝型 10个,囊肿与关节腔相通。结论 超声对本病具有特异性诊断价值,而且能够确切分型。其分型对临床治疗具有重要指导意义。本方法优于其它影像学检查方法,可作为治疗前诊断与治疗后随访首选的诊查手段。 |

| Objective To evaluate the ultrasonic diagnosis value for popliteal fossa cyst(PFC), and to study the clinical value of the ultrasonic typing of PFC. Methods The pathologically proved 19 patients' ultrasonograms of PFC and the pathology Results are retrospectively analysed and compartively studied. Results The patterns were divided into type ⅠandⅡ. Conclusion There is a special value on diagnosing PFC with ultrasonography.The ultrasonic typing of PFC will be important to clinical treatment method. |
