| 目的 提高对骨斑点症的影像学认识。方法 对4例属同一家族的三代男性行X线及CT检查,并作文献复习。结果 病变以手、足小骨、骨盆、长骨骨骺及骨端为好发部位,呈对称性,以松质骨内0.2~1.5cm散在多发的大小不等的圆形或椭圆形致密阴影为特征。结论 骨斑点症X线、CT表现具有特异性征象,可明确诊断和鉴别诊断。 |

| Objective To enhance the understanding on imaging findings of osteopoikilosis. Methods Observing 4 patients of osteopoikilosis by X-ray and CT, who were all male and three generations in a family, and reviewing correlative literatures. Results The characteristic imaging appearance of lesions of osteopoikilosis were of displaying symmetry, and as 0.2-1.5cm circular and ellipse dense shadow in spongy bone, most of which distributed in the epiphysis and extremities of the ossicles of hands and feet, pelvis and long bones. Conclusion There were characteristic imaging signs with osteopoikilosis and which could be final diagnosed by X-ray or CT. |
