| 目的 了解四肢骨肿瘤MRI表现并与平片及CT比较。方法 分析66例四肢骨肿瘤MRI侵袭特点及其平片、CT和MRI表现与病理结果的关系。结果 平片、CT和 MRI上病变长度与病理结果相关性比较:r平片=0.79,rCT =0.89,rMRI=0.97。MRI上病变边界清晰,侵犯骨骺16例,侵及骨性关节面27例,发现跳跃性病灶3例, 4例伴关节腔积液。患骨T2WI信号和是否成骨性肿瘤有关(P<0.05)。60例伴软组织肿块。2例转移。结论 MRI可很好地显示骨肿瘤的部位和骨内外侵犯范围;患骨T2WI信号高低与瘤骨或钙化所占比例有关。 |

| Objective To make out the MRI appearances of the primary bone neoplasms in extrimities and their comparison with that on plain film and CT. Methods The correlations of 66 tumors' demonstrations on plain film,CT and MRI with the Results of pathology were evaluated,with emphasis on invading characteristics on MRI. Results The correlations of the tumors' length between the images and the pathology were as the follow:rplain-film=0.79,rCT=0.89,rMRI=0.97. The borders of the lesions were well-defined on MR imaging.Skip lesions,fluid of articular cavity,and involvement of epiphysises and bony articular surface were found in 3,4,16 and 27 cases respectively.The signal intensity of the involved bone on T2WI was correlated well with whether the tumor was osteogenic or calcific remarkably(P<0.05).Soft tissue masses occurred in 60 cases and metastasis in 2 of them. Conclusion The location and extension into the soft tissue of the primary bone neoplasms in extrimities could be clearly demonstrated on MR imaging,the signal intensity of the involved bone on T2WI was correlated well with the quantity of the osteogenic or calcific contents. |
