| 目的 超声引导下经腹生理盐水热凝介入治疗子宫肌瘤。方法 22例子宫肌瘤患者的28个肌瘤,超声引导下,肌瘤内注入热凝剂。结果 经3至8个月随访,肌瘤有不同程度萎缩,血流信号明显减少或消失。平均萎缩率达50%,有效率达100%。结论 超声引导生理盐水热凝介入治疗子宫肌瘤,安全、实用、值得推广应用。 |

| Purpose To probe the method of physiological salt injection in treatment of womb-tumor. Methods Twenty-eight womb-tumors in 22 patients were treated by ultrasoun guided physiological salt injection. With the ultrasound guiding after injecting proper narcotic the heat-solidifying salt was injected. Results After 3-8 months researching, the limit of strong echo around the tumor was clear. Some tumors showed broader dark-berpes creck, inside irregular echo was shown. The blood-flowing signal reduced or disappeared. The tumor-atrophying rate is 50%. The cure rate is 100%. Conclusion The cure by ultrasound leading and heat-solidifying physiological salt injection is remarkable. It is worth applicating and disseminating. |
