目的 探索多参数平均值口算法预测胎儿体重的可行性。方法 应用B超对224例临产前一周内孕妇测量其胎儿双顶径(BPD)、腹围(AC)、股骨长度(FL)、股围(ThC),并与出生的新生儿体重进行回归分析。采用多种方法进行比较,选择适合临床的方法——平均值口算法。结果 经118例验证,胎儿预测体重与出生体重误差>±400g 2例占1.7%;>±300g 9例占7.6%;>±200g 12例占10.2%;≤±200g 95例占80.5%。结论 此方法简单容易掌握,便于校正,有较强的实用性。 |

Objective To study the possibility of an oral-calculated poly-parameter method of forecasting fetal weights by B-mode Ultrasound. Methods Use B-mode ultrasound to measure fetal's biparietal diameter (BPD), abdominal circumference(AC), femoral length(FL), thighed circumference (ThC) on 224 cases pregnant women within one week before their parturient. Then we will perform regressive analysis with all values above and the weights of neonate. We adopt poly-Methods to compare them in order to select a compatible method to clinical an orally-calculated method of average valve. Results Validated by 118 cases, the tolerance of fetal's forecasting weights and born-weights is:>±400g 2 cases, account for 1.7%, >±300g 9 cases, account for 7.6%, >±200g 12 cases, account for 10.2%, ≤±200g 95 cases, account for 80.5%. Conclusion This method is easy to use, convenient to calibrate and has stronger practicability. |
