目的应用超声通液法评价中药加TDP治疗输卵管炎症引起的输卵管阻塞造成继发不孕症中的价值。方法 80例输卵管性不孕症患者均通过超声通液法确诊为输卵管阻塞,随机采用中药加TDP治疗最长达6个疗程。和50例未服中药加TDP治疗对比观察。结果治疗组3~6个疗程后,超声通液或/和子宫输卵管造影证实输卵管通畅患者46例,占57.5%,超声随访证实已怀孕者38例,占47.5%,P<0.05。结论超声通液法既有诊断价值又有治疗意义,简便,不良反应小,是用于评价中药加TDP治疗输卵管性不孕症的新方法。

英文摘要:

Objective To evaluate the value of combination of Chinese drugs and TDP through tubal patent test by liquid instillation under ultrasound in the patients which have secondary infertility caused by obstruction of fallopian tube after sapingitis. Methods 130 patients have been divided into two groups at random. 80 patients diagnosed as tubal infertility through tubal patent test by liquid instillation under ultrasound were treated by combination of Chinese drugs and TDP. Among them, some patients received up to 6 courses of treatment. The other group of 50 patients only received tubal patent test by liquid instillation. We analyzed the two groups. Results 46 patients with treatment of combination of Chinese drug and TDP whose oviducts have been identified as unobstructed through tubal patent test by liquid instillation under ultrasound and/or salpingography after 3-6 courses of treatment, they made up 57.5% in the group. The follow-up survey using ultrasound proved 47.5% of the group to be pregnant, P<0.005. Conclusion Tubal patent test by liquid instillation under ultrasound proved to be valuable both on treatment and therapy. As a new method to treat tubal infertility, combination of Chinese drugs and TDP is simple and has little side effect.
