| 目的 探讨B超在肾错构瘤的诊断及瘤体破裂预测的价值。方法 对我院收治的34例患者通过B超检查,结合CT等其他检查作出诊断,并对资料进行回顾性分析。结果 B超诊断符合率82.4%,结合CT符合率达91.2%。肾错构瘤在B超声像图上有较特征性改变。肾破裂者肿瘤均大于6.1cm,瘤体内多有出血坏死。结论 B超是目前肾错构瘤诊断以及保守治疗患者随访的主要方法,确诊率较高,结合CT可进一步提高诊断率,发现瘤体较大,内有出血坏死灶时要积极手术治疗。 |

| Objective To study the value of ultrasonography diagnosos of the renal hamartoma and prediction of tumour body rupturing. Methods We made the diagnosis by ultrasonography, CT and other Methods in the hospital for 34 cases. The data were revieved. Results B-ultrasonography diagnosis is 82.4%. Ultrasonography with CT is 91.2%. There is characteristic showing at ultrasonography by renal hamartoma. The rupured tumour >6.1cm. There is bleeding and necrosis in ruptured tumours. Conclusion B-ultrasonography is principal method on diagnosis and following up of renal hamartoma. The accurate rate is high. If the tumour is large or there are bleeding and necrosis in it, the operation is necessary. |
