| 目的 探讨直径≤2cm的周围型小肺癌的CT表现及其诊断。方法 对38例经病理学证实的小肺癌的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果 圆形或类圆形结节23例,不规则结节15例,有分叶35例,细短毛刺或毛刺24例,空泡征9例,胸膜凹陷15例,邻近胸膜增厚2例,邻近血管聚拢或/和引流血管21例。结论 HRCT及薄层增强扫描有助于显示小肺癌的特征,其邻近血管改变及增强后时间密度变化的价值尚有待于进一步研究。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the CT appearence of small peripheral lung cancer (≤2cm). Methods 38 peripheral small lung cancers (≤2cm) proved histopathologically were analysed retrospectively to examine their CT features. Results The lesions of 38 cases were round or oval (n=23), irregular (n=15), lobulated margins (n=35), small air spaces in the nodule (n=9), pleural indentation (n=15), thickened pleural (n=2). Conclusion HRCT and contrast-enhancened CT showed the features of small peripheral lung cancer better. |
