| 目的 评价MRI和心脏超声(CUS)在心血管疾病诊断中的价值。方法 140例心血管疾病患者均进行CUS和MRI检查,其中121例经手术证实。结果 140例患者分为两组:心脏疾病组共76例, 手术证实的病变86处,CUS确诊80处,符合率为93.02%;MRI确诊77处,符合率89.53%,经χ2检验得χ2=0.65,P>0.05,无显著差异。大血管疾病组共64例,CUS诊断符合率55.70%(44/79);MRI诊断符合率98.73%(78/79)。经χ2检验得χ2=40.61,P<0.05,有显著差异。结论 简单先天性心脏病、心瓣膜病或心肌梗塞应首选CUS检查;复杂先天性心脏病、大血管病变以及黏液瘤等占位性病变,先行CUS检查初步诊断,也可进一步行MRI检查。 |

| Objective To compare the diagnostic evaluation of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and cardiac ultrasound(CUS) in patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods 140 patients with different cardiovascular diseases were examined both by CUS and MRI, with 121 patients undergone surgery. Results In the group of 76 patients with heart diseases,there are 86 anomalies confirmed by surgery. CUS accurately diagnosed 80 of them(93.02%), while MRI 77 cases (89.53%) totally. In the group of patients with great vessels diseases,CUS got the accuracy of 55.70%(44/79), while MRI got 98.73%(78/79). Conclusion CUS and MRI both have advantages and limitations in diagnosing cardiovascular diseases. Patients with simple congenital heart disease、valvular disease or myocardial infarction should undergo CUS detection. Patients with complex congenital heart disease, great vessels disease or myxomas should undergo CUS detection first and then MRI should be performed selectively. |
