| 目的 描述幕上脑部病变所致小脑幕切迹下疝(DTH)的MR表现,探讨MR对该病的诊断标准。方法 回顾性分析继发性小脑幕切迹下疝的MR表现。结果 47例小脑幕切迹下疝的MR表现如下:①中线移位45例,7~23mm,另2例为双侧DTH;②39例矢状位扫描者脑干受压移位34例;③所有病例均可见颞叶向中线移位,25例于环池内见孤立的脑组织影;④幕上脑组织疝出5~25mm;⑤弥漫性脑肿胀41例。结论 MRI清晰直观的显示DTH,可准确诊断DTH。 |

| Objective To describe the MRI findings and define the standard of MRI diagnosis in the patients with descending transtentorial herniation (DTH) secondary to supratentorial mass lesions. Methods The MRI appearances of DTH were reviewed retrospectively. Results MRI appearances of DTH have characters:①Translocation of the median line was 7~23mm in 45 cases, the other two have bilateral DTHs. ②The compression and displacement of the brain stem were found in 39 cases with sagittal scan.③Temporal lobe was close to the media line in all of the patients, and isolated mass appeared in the cisterna ambiens in 25 cases.④Supratentorial mass herniate passed to the tentorial notch 5~25mm. ⑤41 Diffuse tumefaction of the brain were found. Conclusion DTH can be diagnosed accurately with MRI. |
