      目的 探讨脑脊液衰减翻转恢复(FLAIR)与快速自旋回波(FSE)在颅脑的应用对比价值。方法 68例颅内病变均用两种序列检查。结果 FLAIR检出病灶132枚,FSE检出92枚,前者比后者敏感性高。结论 FLAIR优点较多但在有的部位不如FSE,二种序列应互为补充。

      Objective To discuss the value of fluid attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) and fast spin echo (FSE) in MRI of the brain. Methods 68 patients were with brain diseases were examined with both FLAIR and FSE sequences. Results FLAIR sequence detected 132 focus of disease, FSE sequence detected 92 focus of disease, the former was more sensitive than the latter. MConclusion FLAIR sequence shows its advantages was more, but for certain areas,it is less sensitive than FSE. FLAIR should become a complementing modality to FSE in brain MRI.
