| 目的 探讨周围浅表血管瘤的彩超表现。方法 24例周围浅表血管瘤行彩超检查,全部病例均经手术及病理证实。结果 19例血管瘤(占79%)表现为低回声区或低回声光团,其回声特点取决于"管壁/管腔"比。5例血管瘤累及周围肌肉或肌腱。彩色多普勒检查发现肿瘤彩色血流分布的情况为:中央型13例,穿透型8例,周边型2例,无血流1例。频谱多普勒检查,血流呈静脉型6例,动脉型7例,动静脉型10例。结论 彩色多普勒血流显像对诊断周围浅表血管瘤具有重要价值。 |

| Objective To study the color Doppler sonographic appearance of peripheral superficial hemangioma. Methods Twenty-four peripheral superficial hemangiomas were examined by color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) and were proven by operation and pathology. Results Homogeneity of 19 tumors(79%) was hypoechoic area or lesion and was decided by "wall/lumen" ratio. Five cases were shown to adjacent to muscle and musculotendine. Vascular distribution of hemangioma was divided into four patterns, intratumoral focal(13), penetrating(8), peripheral(2), no signal(1) by color Doppler. Waveform was divided into three patterns, venous wave(6), arterial wave(7),arterio-venous wave(10) by spectral Doppler. MConclusion CDFI is of very important vaule in diagnosis of peripheral superficial hemangioma. |
