| 目的 探讨经阴道超声在子宫肌腺病诊断中的价值。方法 52 例子宫肌腺病患者均行经阴道超声检查,其中9例加做经腹部超声检查,将超声结论与手术及病理诊断进行对照分析。结果 超声诊断与病理诊断符合者35例(67.3%),不符者17例(32.7%)。其中误诊7例,漏诊10例。结论 经阴道超声是临床诊断子宫肌腺病的主要依据之一,可作为首选检查方法。 |

| Objective To study the value of transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of adenomyosis. Methods 52 cases of adenomyosis were all detected by transvaginal ultrasound, 9 of those were retested transabdomen ultrasound at the same time. Ultrasonic Results were compared with surgical operation and pathological diagnosis. Results The ultrasonic diagnosis of 35 cases is the same as the pathological diagnosis (67.3%). The result of other 17 cases(32.7% )is different from the result of operation and pathological diagnosis.7 cases were misdiagnostic and 10 cases were not diagnostic. MConclusion Transvaginal ultrasound is one of main digital for clinical diagnosis of adenomyosis and can be used as first choice for detection. |
