| 目的 本文观察前列腺癌部位声像图特点并与病理对照,以便帮助穿刺点的正确选择,提高前列腺穿刺活检阳性率。方法 总结71例经病理证实为前列腺癌的125个部位的经直肠超声声像图,观察有无异常回声肿块和异常血流区域,以及肿块的超声回声类型和边界情况。结果 125个前列腺癌部位其经直肠超声(TRUS)检查发现异常的有100个,占80%;TRUS检查未发现可疑之处的为25例,占20%。结论 TRUS可作为前列腺穿刺活检穿刺点选择的重要方法。 |

| Objective To observed the ultrasound image trait of prostate cancer site and compared pathology. It is helpful to select puncture site, that is the key to increase positive rate of prostate biopsy. Methods This paper summarized the transrectal ultrasound(TRUS) image of 71 patients (125 sites) who were confirmed prostate cancer by pathology. Whether the mass and abnormal flow area existed was detected, then which kind of echogenicity and edge was observed if there was a mass in prostate. Results There were total 100 abnormal sites in prostate cancer after TRUS examination, account for 80%, and 25 sites were not any finding, account for 20%. MConclusion TRUS can become an important method in selecting prostate biopsy site. |
