| 目的 探讨内镜下喷洒生物蛋白胶在非曲张静脉性上消化道出血中的意义。方法 对50例非曲张性上消化道出血患者,进行内镜下喷洒生物蛋白胶。结果 50例患者中有47例止血成功,有效率94%,有3例止血无效,均为喷射性出血。结论 内镜下注射生物蛋白胶适用于小静脉出血及毛细血管渗血,但对于小动脉和中等静脉出血止血效果差,该方法具有操作方便,疗效确切,价格低廉等特点。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of endoscopic spray fibrin glue in non-varix upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods We have sprayed with fibrin glue on fifty cases of non-varix upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Results Forty-seven cases were accomplished. The rate of effectiveness was 94%. Three cases are not succeeded because of spraying hemorrhage. MConclusion Endoscopic spray fibrin glue is suitable to hemorrhage of small veins and blood seeping in through blood capillaries, however, this method doesn't fit hemorrhage of small arteries and moderate veins. The characteristics of this way are easy to operate, reliable effect, fair price. |
