| 目的 探讨TCD新指标对短暂性脑缺血发作的临床价值。方法 116例TIA患者和98例健康体检者,采用TCD与计算机连用的方法,对以上两组214例的2354条脑血管进行新指标的对照检测。结果 94.82% 患者脑血流动力学明显改变,多为椎-基底动脉血流异常。结论 脑血管收缩平均速度、反弹高度、紧张度、压力指数、缓慢指数、脑血管负荷指数是临床诊断TIA的重要参数和新指标。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical of the new TCD indices to diagnose of transient is chemic attack. Methods The new indices was used to measure 2354 blood vessels of 214 patients in two groups by TCD scan connected computer. Results 94.82% dynamic changes of blood, may be vertebra-fundus artery of blood stream abnormity. The rate of the clinical diagnosis in the study was raised 14.7%.MConclusion Average speed of cerebral vascular contraction resistance, tensity pressure index, slow index and cerebral vascular blood in our clinical diagnosis of new TCD indices for transient is chemic attack. |
